On Wednesday 26th January from 10.00am to 12.00pm there is an online session, run by Bury Council, which is for parents/carers supporting young people with SEND aged 14-25 years old.

Find out more about college courses and supported employment opportunities which may be available to your young person when planning their future goals post school and college. It is an opportunity to talk to services about the support on offer and ask questions on the pathways for a young person when transitioning from school to college and into employment.

SENDIASS – Are an organisation who provide free, impartial, and confidential advice around Education Health and Social Care to SEND young people and their parents/carers, they provide advice for children and young people aged of 0-25 There will be an opportunity to join an online interactive information workshop on Zoom about Preparing for Adulthood and how this is integrated into supporting children and young people with SEND.
