Ruby G (pictured below) managed to get +28cm on her sit and reach test, testing her flexibility. On Ruby's first attempt, she got 23cm and Mrs Carter managed 24cm - so it was competition time! The final results were a draw, where both Ruby and Mrs Carter reached to +28cm , closely followed by last week's wall sit and star jump champion, Ellie B with 22.5cm.
Ruby also was champion of the agility test (along with Ellie B and Olivia R) and 2nd in the standing broad jump with 187cm (Ellie jumped 192cm so was a close call!) and reaction time challenge with 4cm (Olivia R won this with 2.5cm).
Jess D was champion of the sit up challenge with 27, closely followed by Caitlyn C with 25 sits ups (in 30 seconds).
I look forward to teaching my lessons with my 8Z group - the girls are always so competitive and hardworking, and always show determination to improve their performances.
